Amavie Sport is built around two coaches who do not exist. This page says plainly what is AI here, and what that means for the guidance you get.
They are not real people. They hold no medical, physiotherapy or coaching certification, because there is no person behind them to hold one.
Their portraits, demonstration videos, voices and written lines are generated by AI. Nothing showing them is a recording of a human trainer.
We never present them as human, and we never claim that a human expert endorsed a routine you see in the app.
Routines, exercise descriptions, coaching lines, encouragements and replies are generated or assembled by AI from an exercise library our team curates.
Generated text can be wrong, out of date, or a poor fit for your body on a given day. Treat it as general wellness education, not as an instruction from a professional who has examined you.
Use your own judgement, and scale or skip anything that feels wrong. Skip is a legitimate button here, on purpose.
Amavie Sport does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, including back or posture conditions, and it is not a medical device.
If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, in pain, or have a heart or joint condition, talk to a qualified professional before training.
Stop immediately and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or chest discomfort. No routine in this app is worth pushing through those.
The same disclosure appears where you meet the coaches: in the About block of your profile, in the landing page footer, and on the sign-in sheet.
Media generated by AI is presented as AI-generated, and we follow the AI-content rules of Google Play and the App Store.
You talk to Kaira and Jace on a screen inside Amavie Sport, but the conversation itself is an Amavie chat: your messages travel to Amavie over your one account and are stored there with your other conversations. Signing in is required for that reason.
Those conversations are governed by the Amavie Terms and the Amavie Privacy Policy — and the characters there are AI as well.
