Amavie Sport Terms of Use

The service, and who runs it

Amavie Sport is a general fitness and wellbeing app: training sessions, hourly desk resets, recovery routines and reminders. It is operated by ANIMA AI 007 SERVICES - FZCO, a company registered in IFZA, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (we, us).

Amavie Sport is free: every workout, routine, reminder and export works without paying, no Sport feature sits behind a paywall or a subscription, we show no advertising, and we do not sell your data. Exporting your data is free and always will be. Your Amavie account has an optional balance of Quanta — the currency spent in Amavie; where the store edition of this app offers it, you can top up that shared balance from your profile here. Quanta do not unlock, speed up or change anything in Amavie Sport.

You do not need an account. Guest mode is a normal, permanent way to use the app: everything the app does on your device works without signing in.

One Amavie account

Amavie Sport keeps no account of its own. Signing in here — with an email address and a password, or through Google or Apple — signs you in with your Amavie account, the same account used across Amavie, including amavie.ai. If you do not have one yet, creating it here creates that same Amavie account; Google and Apple sign-in are routes into it, not separate accounts.

If an Amavie account already exists for your email address, that is the account you sign in with. Amavie Sport never creates a second, sport-only account for the same person.

If your device or browser already holds a valid Amavie session — you are signed in on amavie.ai in the same browser, or in another Amavie app on the same device — Amavie Sport recognises that session when it opens and signs you in automatically, without a separate step. Your Amavie name and picture then appear in the app. If you would rather not be signed in here, sign out, or use the app as a guest.

Signing out inside Amavie Sport ends the session on this device only. It does not close your Amavie account and does not sign you out of Amavie. The account, its email address and its deletion are managed in Amavie; deleting the Amavie account also ends your access to Amavie Sport.

Because it is one account, the Amavie Terms of Service and the Amavie Privacy Policy apply to it as well. Where the documents overlap, the Amavie documents govern the account; this document governs Amavie Sport, its training features and the data kept on your device. That includes age: Amavie Sport is available from the account minimum age of 13 (or the higher minimum age of digital consent where you live).

Wellness, not medical advice

Amavie Sport is a general fitness and wellbeing tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, including back or posture conditions, and it is not a medical device.

Kaira Voss and Jace Carter are AI characters. Their voices, routines, media and replies are generated by AI. They are not doctors, physiotherapists or certified trainers, and nothing they say is medical or professional advice.

You decide what to do with your body, and you train at your own risk. If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, in pain, or have a heart or joint condition, talk to a qualified professional before training. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or chest discomfort, and seek medical help.

Your training data

As a guest, your workouts, sets, routines, schedules and settings are stored on your device, not on our servers. When you sign in, those records are synced to our servers so that you can train on more than one device. Self-reported health information stays on your device in every case. The Amavie Sport Privacy Policy describes exactly what that means.

You can export everything as a single file, and erase everything, from Profile then Your data. Uninstalling the app also removes the data it kept on the device.

Because guest data exists only on your device, keeping a copy before you change or reset a phone is your responsibility — the export exists for exactly that.

Fair use

Use Amavie Sport for training and leave it working for everyone else: no attempts to break, overload or automate the service, no scraping the exercise library for redistribution, and nothing that harms, harasses or impersonates another person.

Social features, where you switch them on, share only what the app says they share. We may limit or end access that is used to harm others.

Changes to the app and to these Terms

Amavie Sport is under active development. Features may change, appear or be withdrawn, and the app is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

When these Terms change we update the date at the top of this page and announce material changes in the app. Continuing to use Amavie Sport after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage resulting from exercise you choose to perform, from reliance on wellness content in the app, or from data that existed only on a device you lost, reset or gave away.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.

Law, and how to reach us

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
