Mobility
Band Shoulder Pass-Through
by Jace
Takes the shoulders overhead and behind on a grip wide enough that nothing has to be forced.
How to do it
- Hold a band wide with straight arms, resting in front of the thighs — a broomstick or rolled towel works too if the grip stays wide.
- Keeping the elbows long and the ribs down, take it overhead and as far behind you as the shoulders comfortably allow.
- Bring it back along the same path — slow, no bouncing at the ends.
- If anything pinches, widen the grip.
