Levator Scapulae Stretch
by Kaira
Finds the line of the neck that runs down to the shoulder blade — a spot that barely moves while you lean toward a screen.
How to do it
- Sit tall and turn your head about halfway toward your left armpit.
- Nod your nose down that same line until you feel a gentle stretch at the back right of the neck.
- Let your left hand rest on the back of your head — its weight only, never pulling.
- Breathe, hold, then change sides.
