Seated Spinal Twist
by Kaira
Rotation is the first thing a chair takes away; this gives it back in a small, quiet range.
How to do it
- Sit tall with both feet flat and planted — if your chair swivels, hold it still.
- Place your right hand on the outside of your left thigh and your left hand lightly on the chair back.
- Turn from the ribs and let your head follow last; your hands rest where they are, they never lever you further.
- Breathe, hold, then come back through the middle slowly and swap sides.
