Floor Thoracic Opener
by Kaira
Gives the upper back and chest a slow, supported opening after a day spent curved toward a screen.

How to do it
- Lie on your back with a rolled towel running lengthwise under the spine (a folded blanket works), knees bent and feet flat.
- Let the arms fall open to the sides, palms up, only as wide as stays comfortable.
- Let the ribcage settle a little more with each slow exhale — no forcing.
- Come out by rolling onto one side first.
