Wall Posture Hold

by Kaira

A thirty-second reference for how tall standing can feel, with the wall doing the reminding.

How to do it

  1. Stand with the heels, hips and upper back touching a wall.
  2. Slide the chin gently back until the head rests easily — if it does not reach the wall, leave it where it is.
  3. Let the arms hang and breathe normally: hold the shape, do not brace hard.
  4. Step away and try to keep the same feeling for a few steps.
