Deep Squat Hold
by Jace
The bottom of a squat is a position most adults stop visiting — holding it asks hips, knees and ankles for their range all at once.
How to do it
- Stand with feet a little wider than the hips, toes turned slightly out.
- Sit down as low as you comfortably go, heels staying on the ground.
- Hold a door frame or chair if you need the balance — that is not cheating.
- Rest the elbows inside the knees, chest tall, and breathe through the hold.
